Description

When launching a new session from the background agents global view, voice input is not available. Voice input works in other places where new sessions can be started, so it appears to be missing specifically from this entry point.

Expected

Voice input should be available when starting a new session from the background agents global view, consistent with other new-session entry points.

Actual

No voice input option is available in that flow.
