[BUG] UI get's stuck in Win 11 desktop app while running subagents in Cowork

What's Wrong?

There is a problem with Cowork in Win 11 desktop that when running tasks specifically in my case using subagents and API Mutations when it's finishing the task the UI stays stuck showing tools being used even after it's already finish and Claude has provided output. The only way to reset it is wait for the yellow dot showing that it's waiting for my response and restarting the app. Progress doesn't get lost to the best of my knowledge.

What Should Happen?

UI should stay responsive when running long comprehensive tasks.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Give it a task involving mutations on connectors (in my case Shopify)
2. Have it run subagents (in my case multiple parallel)
3. Might have to be 15+ minutes durational tasks
