[BUG] /usage view cannot be exited — Escape, q, and Ctrl+C have no effect IntelliJ (Windows CLI)

What's Wrong?

the block from a few messages up (with version 2.1.145 already filled in)

What Should Happen?

Command should be stopped and the user could continue interaction with the CLI

Login
Request /usage

The user is unable to exit to main menu via using Esc or other commands.
