What's Wrong?

Claude Code vs code extension does not open:
"An error occurred while loading view: claudeVSCodeSidebarSecondary"

Command line usage works fine.

Previously addressed as: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/34678
but need to reopen since bug persists or has recurred.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code panel in vs code should open
