[BUG] intermittently missing chat panel response

What's Wrong?

Version 2.1.143
Not all responses from a query show up in the chat panel. Every so often, after a query, it shows "Thinking..." and runs through the standard processing iterations. Once done, only "Thinking..." is left even though the AI has asked me a question or is done. When I ask why it is stuck, it says it gave me the info already or is waiting for my response the the question.

What Should Happen?

Always display the response from Claude

Can't consistently reproduce happens about 1 in 10 queries.

Yes, this worked in a previous version
