[Feature Request] Add agent handoff capability to pass context between agents

Question

**Bug Description**
idea or limition: would be great when using `claude agents` for an agent to be able to hand back to orchestrator or to another agent, so that continued work doesn't have to be in the same session, avoiding context bloat.
