[BUG] vscode extension entered text in the message area is forgotten when moving between sessions

What's Wrong?

when i enter some text in the message area of claude code (in the vscode extension) , but dont yet send it (leave it as draft), and then select a different session from the sessions history, when i get back to the session where i had my draft text, the message area is empty and the draft text is deleted

What Should Happen?

moving between sessoin should preserve the draft text

Steps to Reproduce

create a session
enter draft text
switch to another session from the sessions history
switch back to the session with the draft text => the draft text is gone
