チャットにスクリーンショット（画像ファイル）を添付・送信すると、Claude Code がクラッシュします。

画像を送ろうとするたびに再現します。

What Should Happen?

画像を正常に受け取り、Claude が画像の内容を認識して処理する。

2. チャット入力欄にスクリーンショット（PNG等の画像ファイル）を添付またはペーストする
3. 送信する
4. Claude Code がクラッシュする
