[Feature Request] Add QR code generation for remote session URLs

Bug/Feature Description
When I start claude in my terminal, I am greated with a message that says that I can continue on my phone, ie: /remote-control is active · Continue here, on your phone, or at
https://claude.ai/code/session_RANDOM_CODE . This is useless to me, I am not going to type in that code, it is too long. Can you echo out a qr code that I can scan, so I can leave the office and continue using claude on my phone.
