[Bug] Remote session stuck after plan generation without remote configuration

Bug Description
I tried ultraplan for the first time and the produced plan and implementation was great. Remote session unfortunately is stuck now with no remote configured and apparently no github connection. Github connection though is configured for Claude Code Cloud and still working (confirmed through new session). Somehow these ultraplan sessions seem to be disconnected from the github connection.
