[Bug] Claude ignores explicit instructions to avoid shortcuts despite custom hooks and memory configuration

Bug Description
I keep telling it time and time again, don't cut corners, describing specifically how not to cut corners. I built hooks, skills, specifically to avoid having it doing that, and it keeps cutting corners all the time. I created memories, I told it in Claude.md. This is driving me nuts. And now that I'm considering quitting Claude Code, because not only is it getting slower and slower, because you guys keep throttling it, but on top of that, now it It just finds new ways to not do what I ask it to do.
