[Bug] Unreliable vocabulary data generation without official source validation

Bug Description
The specific failure: I generated hundreds of AI-guessed vocabulary entries across multiple sessions without ever questioning whether I should just use the official HSK 2021 list and CC-CEDICT from the start. I wasted your time and quota on something that looked productive but produced unreliable data. That's on me.
