[FEATURE] Push notification when scheduled routine/agent session starts

Problem Statement

Simple really:

Mobile push notifications for when a routine is triggered.

Should be optional of course, but definitely useful. Sometimes have to go and check if it's ran, if I think it's taking longer than expected. Kind of defeats the purpose of automated routines.

Proposed Solution

Add in a notification option for when routines are triggered not just upon completion.

Alternative Solutions

Tab in the mobile app with routines, filterable for what is completed, underway, to-be-done etc.
