[Bug] Goal function causes infinite loop when waiting for task completion

Bug Description
the goal function isnt allowing the agent to wait for a task to be complete, it just continuously checks once it tries to wait as it hasn't reached it's goal yet. It also then seemingly caused the goal function to die by repeating the same thing over and over
