[Feature Request] Add time awareness and execution duration tracking to detect hangs and optimize command performance

Bug Description
claude code need time awareness, it should wrapped any command it does with a date command to know how long it take so that it can have awareness of
anything wrong if something hang or take far too much time for what it was suppose to do. or even to propose to review what take so long on some recurrent command
(compile, something, fetch something,...) same for time of the day, so that it can says "this morning when we did..." and also understand if i say "this morning..." or
even it can propose "you will sleep, i can..."
