[Bug] Anthropic API Error: 500 Internal Server Error occurring frequently

Bug Description
what is happening that i get this all the time on existing sessions and new sessions too? i've counted ten or these errors just today: ⎿  API Error: 500 Internal server error. This is a server-side issue, usually temporary — try again in a moment. If it persists, check status.claude.com.
