Bug Description
Getting this error: I agree OPtion A -- but it needs to be there even if there are portfolios/scenarios. A user might want to use the wizard for additional portfolio/scenarios . Your thoughts

FYI : When it crashed , it lost the context. As a result, when it came back up, the code is of much lower quality ( it does not remember the instructions I gave)

The API is currently healthy, so I'm closing this out.
