[BUG] CLI scrolls to bottom when the "Play" button is pressed on the keyboard

What's Wrong?

When i press the play button on my keyboard to stop the music for example, it always scrolls to bottom. This is so bad as anytime im reviewing a plan and pause my music, it scrolls to the bottom and i have to go back to the top to read the plan. This takes a lot of dev time over time. Please fix that

Nothing should happen

Go into Claude code.

Press the Pause/Play button

See how it goes to the bottom of the CLI
