[BUG] Claude Cowork and Claude Code Desktop App exit with Claude Code process exited with code 1 on any message

What's Wrong?

When i try to send any message to claude code or claude cowork on the Desktop app, it doesnt respond and i get the error:
Claude Code process exited with code 1

Tried all fixes mentioned in thread: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/52210#issuecomment-4317285675

Did not work. Had updated to latest claude version yesterday.

What Should Happen?

It should work normally.
