[BUG] Notion MCP connector works in chat but project knowledge shows "No resources found"

What's Wrong?

Environment:
Product: Claude Desktop
OS: Windows/macOS [specify yours]
Claude Desktop version: [check in Settings → About]
Issue:
The Notion MCP connector successfully authenticates and works in chat conversations but fails when trying to add Notion pages to project knowledge.
Steps to reproduce:
Connect Notion MCP connector via Customize > Connectors
Complete authentication flow (workspace connection succeeds)
Test in chat: Ask "Can you search my Notion workspace for pages about [topic]" - this works correctly and returns results
Go to a project and click "+" to add files
Select "Notion" from dropdown
Search for any Notion page
Result: "No resources found" appears despite pages existing and being accessible via chat

What Should Happen?

Expected behavior:
Pages searchable via chat connector should also appear in project knowledge Notion integration.
Actual behavior:
Chat connector (MCP tools) can search and access workspace pages, but project knowledge integration shows "No resources found" for the same authenticated workspace.
The disconnect appears to be between the MCP connector permissions and the project file system integration - they seem to use different authentication pathways despite both being labeled "Notion."

Error Messages/Logs

No error messages displayed - just "No resources found" with suggestion to "Try adjusting your search or paste a URL"

Steps to Reproduce
