[Bug] Notion MCP opens excessive authentication windows inconsistent with active sessions

Bug Description
My notion MCP randomly, but consistently opens new authentication windows and the number of authentication windows it opens doesn't correspond to the number of sessions i have open. For example, i have 2 Claude Code sessions open right now and it just opened 8 browser tabs to connect to Notion MCP. I connect and reauthenticate, but it keeps happening. I have to disable the notion MCP integration right now to stop this from interrupting my work constantly
