[BUG] Authentication continue issues

What's Wrong?

When connecting a connector (such as Gmail in this example) the enter button does not work.

What Should Happen?

After clicking enter it should continue the Claude Code session.

Steps to Reproduce

1. /mcp
2. Select a connector that needs re-authentication
3. Connect in browser
4. Press ENTER after authenticating in browser
