[BUG] /remote-control and /rc commands do not appear in the slash command list

What's Wrong?

• Plan: Claude Pro
• Version: 2.1.141
• Issue: /remote-control and /rc commands do not appear in the slash command list
• Reference: Issue #29185 (other Pro users had access granted manually after reporting)

What Should Happen?

The command /remote-control used to appear in the command list, but it is not today.
