What's Wrong?

On May 13, 2026, Anthropic announced a 50% increase to Claude Code weekly limits, effective immediately for all Pro, Max, Team, and seat-based Enterprise users. However, my weekly limit does not appear to have been updated.

Expected Behavior

The weekly usage cap should be 1.5x the previous limit, effective immediately as stated in the official announcement.

Actual Behavior

The weekly limit remains unchanged. My current session shows 88% of the old weekly cap consumed, with no visible increase to the total limit.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check /usage in Claude Code terminal on Mac
2. Compare weekly limit cap before and after the May 13 announcement
3. Limit appears identical to pre-announcement value

• Plan: Max (20x)
• Platform: macOS, terminal
• Weekly limit resets: Saturday 3:00 AM
• Current weekly usage: 88%
