[BUG] Claude Design prevents comments feature on disabled buttons.

What's Wrong?

When clicking a disabled button in a generated design with the comment feature, the comment modal does not appear.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to add a comment on a disabled button.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Generate a design with claude design that includes a button with the disabled state.
2. Click "comment" on the top of the screen.
3. Click the disabled button - observe no comment box appears.
