Description

The /pr-comments slash command is no longer available as of v2.1.91. It was working until very recently (last seen working ~2026-04-02) and now does not appear in autocomplete at all.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update Claude Code to v2.1.91 (latest)
  2. Type /pr-comments — command is not recognized
  3. Try autocomplete — /pr-comments does not appear in the list

Expected behavior

/pr-comments should be available as a slash command, as it was in previous versions.

Context

  • The command is referenced in the changelog for v1.0.68: "Fix incorrect model names being used for certain commands like /pr-comments"
  • claude update confirms v2.1.91 is the latest version
  • OS: macOS (Darwin 25.2.0)
  • Shell: zsh
