[FEATURE] Pin Custom Chat Names

Problem Statement

Currently, the chat names update based on the user's last prompt. I just want to be able to customize chat names and for those customized chat names to stick..

Proposed Solution

The chat names are already editable, but if you update them, it always reverts to your next prompt anyway, so I'm not sure I understand why this feature exists currently if it doesn't pin what you changed it to.

I have different tabs for each different project/task I'm working on and want to label each tab as that specific project/task.

There are some similar requests out there, but mine is pretty basic. A lot of overlap, but nothing specifically the same as what I'm asking here.

Alternative Solutions

Haven't found a workaround. Just deal with it as-is.

1. I'm opening a new chat to being working on Project X.
2. I name the chat session/tab "Project X"
3. I work on the project concurrently with multiple other projects using separate chat sessions for each, easily recognizable/navigable by project/task name.
