Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
When running "Claude Setup.exe" and then cancelling UAC prompt, an error shows up

I also tried MSIX installer but it also wants admin rights. Even running it from nonadmin powershell, it still wants admin rights.
Even Claude itself is useless and has wrong information https://claude.ai/share/fd853845-27e1-4619-b48c-82ee744918a3
What Should Happen?
Install without admin rights
