[Bug] Claude model truncates or reformats long markdown tables in chat output

Bug Description
Repeatedly asked for a single markdown table (130 rows). Model committed to the format, started correctly, then drifted mid-output — either truncating mid-row or silently switching to prose/bullets. Happened across 7+ retries even with progressively smaller chunks (5–20 rows). The Write tool produces the artifact correctly; the failure is specifically in long-form chat output of structured tables.
