[FEATURE] Spinner words customization

Problem Statement

Hi Claude team,

Just want to have a way to customize the spinner words, i see some funny words and wish to add more.

Proposed Solution

It will be the same like status line configuration like changing the setting.json or config.json one of those file and saving it would reflect in the TUI claude code. I can also remove the pre build words and add more on top of pre build words
