[BUG] claude --version outputs wrong release date on Windows

What's Wrong?

Running claude --version on Windows Terminal shows an incorrect release
date in the build info string. The date shown is from 2 weeks ago.

What Should Happen?

Should show today's date or the actual release date.

3. Note the date shown in parentheses
