[FEATURE] Asking for permissions based on the command severity

Problem Statement

Model keeps asking for permission without even checking if the command really requires it such as readonly

Proposed Solution

I THINK THIS OPTION SHOULD BE SET BY THE BACKEND AI THAT SEES THE COMMAND, THE COMMAND SHOULD PASS FIRST ON THE APPROVAL AND THEN IT WILL ASK FOR APPROVAL BASED ON THE COMMAND, AND THEN SAY IF IT REQUIRES IT IN THE SIDE BAR IN A GOOD WAY OF DISPLAY
