Show usage warnings at 25%, 50%, 75% — not only near the limit

Problem Statement

Currently, usage warnings only appear when nearing the limit.

Proposed Solution

Currently, usage warnings only appear when nearing the limit.
It would be much more helpful to show progressive warnings at: - 25% used

• 50% used (with a more prominent alert)
• 75% used
• 90%+ used (current behavior)

This way users aren't caught off guard when their usage renews or when they're about to hit the limit.
A persistent small indicator in the UI would also help ensure the message is seen.
