Add a setting option to force re-reading of CLAUDE.md after /compact

Hey, so the way auto-compacting or /compact works has become better. But for specific flows, it's super important to always steer the model upon re-compactation.

I find myself always asking it to re-read CLAUDE.md, otherwise it drifts. This is even more important coding with test tools that return API data that will fill the context fast.

Please add an option to have Claude Code automatically re-read CLAUDE.md upon context compactation.
