[Bug] Sub-agents ignore default TUI setting and force fullscreen terminal mode

Bug Description
sub agents use fullscreen terminal mode even when you have default tui set. This is obnoxious. I hate fullscreen terminal, it breaks mouse wheel scroll back and kills my terminal program's huge scroll back buffer and search capabilities. It literally makes it so much harder to review claude's actions when you return to your terminal.
