Same issue here on Windows 11 [your version from step 1]. Was running Claude 1.6608.2.0 with Cowork working fine, clicked the "Reinstall" button in the Cowork upgrade tooltip, and now the package is wedged in Servicing state. Cannot remove or reinstall. Please prioritize a fix.
