[BUG] "type /issue, observe autocomplete suggests /simplify"

What's Wrong?

After being prompted to answer the "how is claude-code doing?" with a 1, text below the statusline says to type /issue to report a bug. But when I type /issue, claude-code auto-completes that to /simplify, so a) I can't report an issue, and b) you cost me tokens doing potentially unnecessary scans for code refactors.

What Should Happen?

When I type /issue in the prompt, it should start the report a bug flow.
