Bug Description
I use Claude Code in many projects in parallel. I want my terminal tab title to be set by my shell instead of Claude Code to distinguish the instances and projects. Claude Code automatically overwrites the tab title everytime. I suggest adding a setting to settings.json to disable automatic shell title.
