[BUG] The agent automatically stops the task.

What's Wrong?

I use the "Claude Code for VSCode" plugin. During the task execution, the task often stops automatically and I need to re-ask the question before it can proceed.

The task should be automatically executed without any interruption.

Steps to Reproduce

The occasional incident is suspected to be caused by the large volume of logs or the overly long context search.
