[BUG] Oauth token deactivation

What's Wrong?

Oauth token created with claude setup-token continues to be active even after deleting it from Web UI

What Should Happen?

It should immediately be deactivated

Steps to Reproduce

1. claude setup-token
2. goto https://claude.ai/settings/claude-code and deactivate it
3. try using the token again
