Please re-read CLAUDE.md after conversation compaction

Hello, I find Claude Code ignores my instructions in my (succinct) CLAUDE.md file after compaction, especially after several compactions.

I searched on the Internet to see if anybody had suggestions for this, and it looks like many people want a PostCompact hook to implement this functionality. A PostCompact hook would certainly do the trick, but maybe it would be better to re-read the CLAUDE.md file unconditionally after every compaction regardless of user instructions. This seems to be a stumbling block so far.
