Bug Description
I am on 0.2.52 and both auto-complete and custom commands don't appear to work. But other new features do (e.g /vim and auto-accept). I've followed the instructions on creating a .claude/commands directory in my project and in my ~/ (for user scoped commands) but the commands I added as markdown files aren't available as custom commands. Typing /project: or /user: doesn't show any commands. Similarly, when I type a path into claude and press tab I do not get any autocomplete functionality.

The commands need to have a ".md" extension to show up - any chance thats missing?
For the path autocomplete, you shouldn't have to type in a whole path to autocomplete, just the beginning of the name of any file in the repo. In particular auto-complete will not work with global absolute paths or paths outside of your projects.

Strange - I cannot repro either of those. Any chance you can make a video of the repro? Make sure to include claude --version just to make sure there's not two versions of clause or something. Thanks for the report!
