[Feature Request] Implement interactive feedback mechanism to replace static update notifications

Bug Description
I think you need a better way to gather feedback: while I appreciate the need to get input on how things are going, perhaps there should be a different fashion. FOR example, the "Update available!" message is pointlessly sitting there - perhaps it should be replaced or switch out with "Tell me how I am doing with /doing:great|good|badly", or "Send /feedback good job but the feedback needs work"
