[Bug] Memory mode (#) shortcut not implemented in Claude Code CLI

Bug Description
I'm watching your "Claud code in action" video on "Adding context", and it shows that pushing the pound sign (#) puts you in memory mode. But when I use it in claude in the terminal, both in Visual Studio Code and natively in Terminal on my MacBook, it doesn't work, and I get a comment "The # menu from the tutorial likely came from a different tool (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) or a feature that hasn't shipped yet." This is odd...
