What's Wrong?

Title: Claude Code unresponsive across all sessions; /bug submit also fails

Since May 6, Claude Code has been unusable for me:

• New sessions accept input but never reply.
• /bug submit fails with "Couldn't send feedback. Please try again."
• /doctor froze the VS Code integrated terminal, requiring force-kill.
• The status.anthropic.com incident from [yesterday] appears resolved,

but my CLI is still stuck.

Environment:

• macOS Darwin 25.3.0
• VS Code integrated terminal, zsh
• Claude Code version: 2.1.132 (Claude Code)

I have not reinstalled — prior restarts wiped terminal scrollback I needed.
Happy to share logs / session IDs if pointed at where they live.
