[Feature Request] Add metadata convention to distinguish Claude Code-only plugins in marketplace JSON

Enhancement Description
The claude code marketplace json does not have a convention to distinguish which plugins will only work with claude code (due to its ability to run scripts beyond sandbox environment claude cowork provides). Having a convention would improve clarity/usability of an organization's git hosted skills repository by enabling agents that access it via claude desktop querying an MCP wrapping the repo with tools to list organization skills and fetch them to avoid trying to use skills that won't work in claude desktop/cowork due to scripting dependencies.
