[Bug] `claude mcp remove` command incompatible with MCP naming convention used by other commands

Bug Description
claude mcp remove does not work or uses different "name" attributes than all other mcp commands. I can add mcps by a name, see them in the list, get the details (though I have to prefix their name with "claude.ai <name>" to do so, which, why?), but then cannot remove them using either version of the name
