Sidebar never shows chat history or pinned sessions — shows usage stats instead

Summary

The sidebar has never displayed chat history or pinned sessions. Instead it shows a marketing/usage statistics screen. This makes it impossible to access previous conversations or pinned sessions.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Claude Code
2. Look at the sidebar where chat history/pins should appear

Expected behavior

Sidebar shows chat history and pinned sessions.

Actual behavior

Sidebar shows usage statistics / marketing content instead of history or pins. History and pinned sessions are not accessible at all.

Environment

• Platform: Windows 11 Pro
• Client: Claude Code desktop app
