[BUG] When entering /mcp via CLI, cannot Esc out of it (Mac)

What's Wrong?

Using 2.1.119 (Claude Code).
When entering /mcp via CLI, cannot Esc out of it (Mac)
I need to exit Claude to go back to the terminal.

What Should Happen?

It should go back to the chat

1. Type /mcp
2. Try to exit out with Esc
