What's Wrong?
When I open Visual Studio code, my previous and new Claude code session doesn't open.
when I try to open new session it says "command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found"
What Should Happen?
when I open new session, it should open new session, and when I restart Visual studio code, the previous session should open.

Same issue here
Edit: Verfied working again with 2.1.131
Temporary Workaround (until a fix is released):
Roll back to the previous extension version:
Error message " command 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found ", i guess it has to be bug issue with new version on claude.
