Temporary Workaround (until a fix is released):

Roll back to the previous extension version:

  1. In VS Code, go to Extensions (Ctrl+Shift+X)
  2. Find "Claude Code for VS Code"
  3. Click the gear icon → Install Another Version
  4. Select the version prior to 2.1.129
